Sana Kausar Shamji-Mukhi, DO, earned her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University - Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, followed by a Geriatrics fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Trilingual in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, she is board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Obesity Medicine and joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2026. Dr. Shamji-Mukhi provides adult primary care from annual physicals to the management of chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and high cholesterol. She also helps patients navigate concerns like fatigue, weight changes, and women’s health issues.
